GASP serves as a single, unifying, sole source of truth for staff planning. The program coalesces all staff and projects onto one platform wherein staff project assignments can be scheduled on an hours by week basis, with ability to filter staff by office and/or section. Each tab features an adjustable split-pane form for entry of project assignments per each person, and visual indication of an employee's under, over, or on target allocation.
The program integrates with a Greasemonkey script to facilitate importation of actual team timecard charges for use in analytics.
Authorized care administrators may step into an organization to view profiles for clients, client contacts, and caregivers. Users may be assigned into usergroups to control access and permissions.
Authorized care administrators may view client and caregiver profiles to schedule care.
Caregivers and authorized care administrators may view the upcoming shifts scheduled for or by a specific profile. Authorized care administrators may invite users to sign up for the system and link the profile with a user account.
Caregivers and authorized care administrators are able to add notes to a visit.

The Care Management system allows care administrators to connect clients and caregivers into a common portal to faciltate scheduling and invoicing. Clients and caregivers can view and confirm their scheduled shifts, enter actual beginning and end times of shifts, and chart notes following the visit. The system was purposefully developed for usability on desktops and mobile to accomodate at home and remote usage.
The Care Management system was built for a private company and is closed to public access.

A simple tool to assist caregivers in rectifying multiple split shifts in a given day into one duration of time for input into timecard systems that do not allow for split shift entry. By request, the system also allows saving and loading previously entered data; data is saved into localStorage.
